2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The return request is made within the applicable return period
- The product is returned with all original accessories and packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Hygiene products (such as opened Scalp Needle heads and Peptide Spray) may not be eligible unless faulty
3. How to request a return
Email info@lumicell.store with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and a return address.
4. Refunds
